People Perfect Advisory is looking for a Senior Salesforce - Senior Sales Executive- HR & SaaS Solutions to drive business growth and expand our client base across the UAE. This role focuses on selling HR consultancy and HR technology solutions including EOR and building long-term relationships with COOs CFOs HR and Payroll leaders contributing to the companys market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote HR consultancy services including recruitment outsourcing training payroll and HR tech solutions.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
- Build and manage strong long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client needs and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy and service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 34 years of B2B sales experience preferably within HR consultancy or related sectors in the UAE.
- Experience selling into COOs CFOs HR Payroll and Operations roles.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license.
