Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established plastic trading business with a strong presence in domestic and export markets. Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive Scrap Plastic Material to support business development and sales growth across India.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for scrap plastic materials (PET HDPE LDPE PP ABS etc.).
- Manage domestic sales and export inquiries ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recyclers processors and trading partners.
- Track market prices demand-supply trends and competitor activity within India.
- Coordinate with procurement quality inspection and logistics teams for smooth execution.
- Assist in negotiating pricing contracts and payment terms with clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records forecasts and client databases.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scrap plastic sales plastic recycling or bulk commodity trading.
- Strong knowledge of scrap plastic grades sourcing quality parameters and pricing trends.
- Experience handling domestic logistics and/or export documentation is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Self-motivated target-oriented and capable of managing multiple clients independently
