Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a senior education leader to own the design and delivery of a large-scale AI-enabled learning program focused on career pathways future skills and student readiness.
This role will lead all learning design content production simulations assessments and partner content across a national platform serving tens of thousands of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the learning strategy and curriculum framework across all pathways
- Design coherent learning journeys covering:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (designers SMEs producers)
- Ensure content is AI-ready data-driven and scalable
- Align freemium and premium offerings
- Maintain quality relevance and cultural alignment
- Work closely with technology AI and PMO teams
Requirements
Requirements
- 12 years in education EdTech or learning program leadership
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital learning initiatives
- Strong understanding of career readiness and post-secondary pathways
- Experience working with AI-enabled tools (conceptually not technically)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- UAE/GCC experience strongly preferred
