Our client a well-established luxury real estate company based in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join their finance team. This role is strictly for candidates with prior UAE real estate accounting experience and will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including AR/AP bank reconciliations and journal entries
Maintain accurate financial records in line with UAE accounting standards
Handle commission accounting related to property sales and broker payments
Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal financial controls
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits when required
Maintain accurate documentation for real estate transactions and client accounts
Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities
Use Zoho accounting software for financial tracking and reporting

Requirements

Minimum 2 years accounting experience within the UAE real estate sector (essential)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE financial practices
Experience with AML compliance
Proficiency in Zoho (mandatory)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Russian-speaking or Filipino candidates preferred (client request)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
