Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients requiring homecare services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals families and community organizations
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our homecare offerings
- Develop tailored proposals to address the specific needs of clients
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide ongoing support and communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Track and report on sales activities and results to management
Requirements - Bachelors degree in healthcare business or a related field
- Prior experience as a Sales Executive or similar role preferably in homecare or healthcare services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of homecare services and relevant regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred
