Job Summary:
The Executive Integrated Marketing Communications will be responsible for managing relationships with brand principals ensuring seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills organization and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. You will work closely with brand principals media teams creative teams and internal brand teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
Job Description:
Client Servicing & Brand Principal Management:
Act as the key liaison between GMG and brand principals ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Coordinate approvals feedback and reporting with brand principals on campaigns assets and marketing plans.
Ensure all marketing activities are in line with brand guidelines contractual agreements and strategic goals.
Maintain strong relationships with internal brand teams and external stakeholders to drive campaign success.
Campaign Coordination & Execution:
Support in developing managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Work with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely campaign rollouts and brand consistency.
Coordinate with creative teams on marketing materials key visuals and brand messaging.
Ensure campaign deliverables are met and align with business and brand objectives.
Media & Communication Support:
Work with media teams to ensure strategic planning and execution of campaigns.
Track and manage media placements digital activations and PR efforts to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure brand messaging is consistent across advertising PR digital and in-store marketing.
Event & Activation Support:
Assist in planning and executing B2C and B2B brand activations sponsorships and retail events.
Liaise with event teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful experiences.
Coordinate with brand principals to gain approvals on event branding and promotional materials.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Prepare campaign performance reports media coverage summaries and brand activity recaps.
Track budget allocation and spending to ensure cost efficiency.
Gather insights and feedback from brand principals internal teams and media partners to improve future campaigns.
Functional / Technical Competencies
Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
