Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Videographer to join our team. If you have a passion for creating visually stunning real estate videos and a minimum of 3 years of experience in this niche we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Work closely with real estate agents property managers and clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
- Plan and execute video shoots including lighting staging and camera angles to highlight the best features of each property.
- Edit and produce engaging video content including virtual tours promotional clips and property showcases.
- Ensure that all video content meets the companys standards for quality and aligns with branding guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends video production techniques and emerging technologies to continuously improve video content.
- Manage video equipment and maintain it in good working condition.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in capturing real estate videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Strong understanding of real estate photography and videography techniques.
- Experience with various video equipment including cameras gimbals drones and lighting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for composition lighting and storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous real estate video work is required.
