Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate fitout shop drawings joinery details and asbuilt drawings for highend interior projects particularly hotel interiors.
- Interpret architectural and interior design drawings to develop comprehensive technical drawings suitable for onsite.
- Coordinate with project managers site engineers and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
- Modify and update drawings based on site conditions consultant feedback and client requirements.
- Prepare layouts for ceilings partitions flooring wall finishes millwork and custom joinery items.
- Maintain a proper drawing revision log and ensure timely submission and documentation of all drawings.
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to relevant UAE standards project specifications and company quality procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degee or Diploma in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery and fitout drafting in the UAE/GCC.
Must have handson experience in hotel projects preferred in the UAE/GCC.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and excellent knowledge of shop drawing preparation for interior fitout works.

Solid understanding of interior construction detailing finishes and joinery fabrication techniques.

Strong communication and coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with hotel interior standards and requirements is a plus.

Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
