MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To develop creative content that supports patient engagement brand reputation clinical trust and marketing outcomes across all touchpoints. The role (based in Dubai) but works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure locally relevant content aligns with marketing priorities global brand standards supports healthcare messaging and meets ethical and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Conceptualise design write edit and proofread high- content for various customer touchpoints including social media platforms (Facebook Instagram etc.) website touchpoints flyers posters brochures and other marketing collateral
- Tailor content to specific healthcare service lines (e.g. oncology maternity diagnostics)
- Ensure alignment with clinical legal and regulatory standards in healthcare storytelling
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery within guidelines
- Pay attention to the tone style and voice across formats balancing medical credibility with patient accessibility and ensuring content is engaging inclusive and aligned with health literacy standards
- Upload or publish content across local platforms (e.g. hospital website social media intranet email newsletters).
- Coordinate with digital teams to ensure SEO UX and analytics tagging best practices
- Monitor KPIs: engagement reach conversion share of voice or health education outcomes
- Manage the use of analytics to guide content testing SEO improvements and editorial planning
- Assist with preparing content performance dashboards for senior leadership
- Stay ahead of trends in digital health communication and content marketing
- Work closely with hospital marketing communications clinical teams and external partners to gather briefs and validate messages
- Manage SLA adherence and vendor relationships
- Liaise with local legal or compliance teams to ensure all content meets in-country regulations
- Ensure consistent use of brand identity and messaging across channels
- Maintain accurate records of content versions usage rights and expiry dates (especially for testimonials and medical information)
- Comply with healthcare regulations (e.g. consent claims privacy clinical accuracy)
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelors qualification with demonstration of continuous learning
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
5 years relevant experience in a managerial role
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Financial Management principles
- Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
- Content production - knowledge of digital publishing platforms
- Content Design & Multimedia Oversight
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Marketing channels (e.g. social media) and the ability to select most appropriate solution
- Social Media campaign management
- Web and social media analytics and ability to interpret these analytics to improve performance as well as reporting
