Were recruiting a Chef de Partie (CDP) Pastry to join one of our clients cafes based in Dubai UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a café in Dubai known for its warm welcoming atmosphere and high-quality food and beverages. Designed as a comfortable space for friends families and professionals the café brings together freshly prepared dishes specialty coffees and a selection of desserts made with premium ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads croissants viennoiseries pastries cakes pies tarts and chocolates
- Follow and maintain standard recipes techniques and presentation guidelines established by the Pastry Chef or Executive Chef
- Ensure all pastry items are produced with consistent quality texture and presentation at the highest standards
- Apply professional decorating and finishing techniques to enhance the visual appeal and overall presentation of each product
Requirements
- 48 years of relevant professional cooking experience
- Strong culinary skills with in-depth knowledge of Arabic sweets desserts pastry arts baking techniques flavor profiles and advanced decorating methods
