Job Summary
We are looking for a parttime Trainer (Arabic speaker) with extensive experience in the retail sector to support an upcoming training program for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and experienced trainer to collaborate with industry experts and contribute to a highimpact learning experience.
About the Project:
As part of our Perky People training services we deliver customized programs designed to enhance employee performance and customer engagement in the retail sector. The upcoming program will focus on customer service and sales techniques and will be facilitated by our Lead Consultant Rhency Padilla.
Key Details:
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Duration: 2.5 days
- Session Length: 4 hours per batch
- Participants: Up to 7 per session
- Dates: To be confirmed
Program Topics:
- Customer Engagement & Experience
- Sales Confidence & Selling Techniques
- Handling Challenges & Objections
- Teamwork & Motivation
Trainer Responsibilities:
- Cofacilitate training sessions alongside the Lead Consultant
- Assist with Arabic translation during the sessions
- Deliver key sections of the Customer Service & Selling Techniques modules in a retail context
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in training within the retail industry
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate participants
- Flexibility and willingness to support various aspects of the training
