Job Summary
Role Overview
As the BI Manager at LeveX youll lead and manage all aspects of business intelligence and data analytics. Your primary mission is to build a robust BI infrastructure building key reports and driving important analyses All to enable datadriven strategic decisionmaking across growth product marketing and finance. Youll directly impact the companys growth trajectory through actionable insights and exceptional data storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design implement and maintain comprehensive BI dashboards and analytics reports to provide clear and actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality analytics accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to enhance decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Identify key business drivers and independently perform analyses to improve the companys performance.
- Lead develop and scale a highperforming BI analytics team establishing best practices and analytical excellence across LeveX.
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing Product Finance and senior leadership to identify key metrics and strategic opportunities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading BI analytics in a highgrowth startup.
- Proven expertise with industryleading BI and visualization tools (Power BI Tableau Looker).
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and data manipulation/analysis techniques.
- Proficiency with Snowflake data pipeline and ETL tools.
- Demonstrated experience in translating complex data into clear business narratives and insights.
- Exceptional strategic thinking stakeholder engagement and leadership abilities.
