Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented immediately available Structural Inspector Site to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of construction projects through comprehensive onsite inspections and evaluations.
- Conduct thorough onsite inspections of structural elements in building projects throughout Dubai
- Verify compliance with local building codes regulations and approved plans specific to Dubai and the UAE
- Identify structural defects safety hazards and noncompliant work with a keen analytical eye
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records using efficient data management systems
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
- Provide wellreasoned recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay updated on local building codes international standards and industry best practices
- Participate in project meetings and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders
- Organize and prioritize multiple inspection tasks to meet project deadlines
- Experience in both Concrete construction and Steel Construction is preferred.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural inspection or a related field
- knowledge of regulations particularly those specific to Dubai and the UAE
- Proficiency in structural inspection techniques and methodologies
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills for efficient report writing and data management
- Comprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
- Willingness to work onsite and travel to various project locations in Dubai
- Familiarity with international structural inspection standards
- Adaptability to changing project requirements and construction environments
