Job Summary


Sales Planning & Product Segmentation
1. Sales Plan Breakdown: Assist in breaking down the annual and seasonal sales plan into gender category and subcategory to ensure a clear and strategic approach to product distribution.
2. Assortment Planning: Align product assortment with customer needs and business objectives ensuring a balanced mix of performance lifestyle and essential products.
3. Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Track available stock and incoming shipments to ensure proper allocation and avoid overstock or stockouts.

Catalogue & Product Presentation Management
4. Product Catalogue Management: Organize and maintain an uptodate product catalogue ensuring all necessary product details images cost breakdown and specifications are available.
5. Tailored Catalogues for Customers: Customize catalogues based on customer requests ensuring a personalized and targeted product selection is presented.
6. Visual & Data Organization: Work with the brand / marketing team to ensure the catalogues are visually appealing and easy to navigate for clients.

Sales & KPI Tracking Unless this comes from the Finance
7. Monthly Sales Reports: Collect compile and analyse monthly sales data to track performance and identify trends bestsellers and slowmoving items.
8. Business KPI Monitoring: Provide reports on key performance indicators (sellthrough rates margins stock turnover and revenue contributions) supporting strategic decisionmaking.
9. Customer Sales Performance Review: Help analyse customer buying trends and performance to optimize future product allocations and sales strategies.

Market & Customer Support
10. Competitor & Market Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities pricing structures and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
11. Customer Support & Requests: Act as a liaison between sales and operations ensuring customer requests for product details availability and pricing are handled efficiently and handle customer complains.
12. Coordination with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to align product availability with promotional activities and seasonal launches.
