9 | Job Description | Front Desk Management: o Greet and welcome visitors clients and staff with a professional and friendly demeanour. o Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department. o Answer screen and redirect incoming calls promptly and professionally. o Handle client and guest inquiries effectively ensuring a positive experience. o managing client appointments property viewings and propertyrelated inquiries. o Coordinate and maintain the office calendar for DHLE meetings. o Maintain an organized and tidy reception area. o Assist with scheduling meetings booking conference rooms and arranging necessary logistics for real estate appointments. o Handle general administrative duties such as filing documentation and maintaining office records. o Support client queries ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently. o Assist with adhoc administrative tasks as requested by management or the real estate team. o Contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment | ||
