Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Engineer specializing in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an MEP Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and overseeing MEP systems for largescale construction projects throughout the UAE.
- Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems for commercial and residential projects
- Collaborate with architects structural engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
- Utilize advanced CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create detailed MEP plans and specifications
- Perform energy modeling and analysis to optimize building performance and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes regulations and industry standards
- Manage MEP project timelines budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to oversee MEP system installations and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare technical reports presentations and documentation for clients and project teams
- Stay updated on the latest MEP technologies energyefficient solutions and industry best practices
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in MEP engineering preferably with largescale commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP or similar CAD software
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and energy modeling software
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in MEP systems design integration and energyefficient practices
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be a UAE national (Emirati)
