Manager Projects Insights

We are seeking a Manager Projects & Insights to join our dynamic team driving highimpact projects and strategic insights that shape the future of our business. This role is pivotal in leading crossfunctional initiatives optimizing business performance and delivering datadriven recommendations to senior leadership.

As part of the CEO Office Team you will work closely with senior stakeholders across markets and functions ensuring alignment on key strategic priorities. You will also manage and mentor a team fostering an environment of analytical rigor problemsolving and excellence.

As the Manager Projects & Insights you will:

Strategic Project

• Lead highpriority strategic projects working across teams to identify opportunities solve business challenges and drive .

• Develop and implement scalable solutions that optimize operations enhance customer experience and unlock new revenue streams.

• Conduct deepdive analyses to assess market trends competitive landscape and operational performance translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Own and refine reporting infrastructure implementing data automation and dashboarding solutions for improved decisionmaking.

Business Performance & Insights

• Collaborate with senior leaders to define and track OKRs/KPIs ensuring initiatives drive measurable impact.

• Use datadriven insights to identify key levers for growth efficiency and profitability across various business functions.

• Work closely with finance operations and commercial teams to assess business initiatives and support decisionmaking.

• Partner with Product & Tech teams to influence improvements in analytics automation and strategic problemsolving.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team ensuring their professional growth and building a strong problemsolving and executionfocused culture.

• Engage with senior stakeholders to align on priorities provide strategic insights and drive business transformation initiatives.

Act as a bridge between regional leadership country teams and functional heads ensuring seamless collaboration.

Qualifications :

• 6 years of experience in business strategy consulting analytics or project management within a fastpaced environment (ecommerce Qcommerce tech or management consulting preferred).

• Proven track record of leading and delivering strategic projects with tangible business impact.

• Strong data analytics and problemsolving skills with the ability to structure complex issues and drive databacked decisionmaking.

• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across business finance and operations including senior leadership teams.

• Ability to own projects endtoend from ideation to while managing competing priorities.

• Strong project management and crossfunctional collaboration skillsexperience in defining processes building business cases and executing change management is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI) is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skillsability to present insights effectively to leadership.
