Job Summary
Role Title: Senior UI/UX Designer
Role Type: Full Time Outsourced Onsite Offsite (Hybrid)
Reports To: UI/UX Lead
Contract Duration 12 Months (extendable based on performance)
Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah United Arab Emirates
Working hours and working days 9 AM 6 PM 5 days a week)

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the design and user experience efforts across key platforms including the website customer portal agent portal and mobile app. This role will play a crucial part in creating intuitive visually appealing and usercentered interfaces that enhance user engagement and experience to drive strategic business requirements. The Senior UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams 3rd party vendors and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective user experience
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Design Product Management HumanComputer Interaction or a related field. Masters degree is a plus
5 years experience in delivering digital products in crossfunctional teams from start to finish in a fast1paced environment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX designer with a proven track record of designing successful digital products such as portals web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or similar.
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles interaction design and information architecture.
Experience designing for Salesforce and SAP integrations is a strong advantage.
Solid portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and demonstrating your design process.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus.
