We are a small team of professionals who are creating new exciting projects in the online gambling industry.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team and play a vital role in crafting exceptional engaging interfaces for our cuttingedge gaming platforms.
This is a position with relocation to Dubai UAE.

Our main tech stack:
AWS Kubernetes Terraform C# .NET PostgreSQL Kafka RabbitMQ TS JS ReactJS Redux Less Sass Webpack.
Responsibilities:
- Be a Scrum master with a focus on coaching the team towards selforganization and continuous improvement
- Facilitate Scrum events discussions and decision making where needed
- Assist the management with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog
- Identify and maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
- Leading project teams and coordinating key project related activities
- Determining and defining together with the team projects scope and objectives
- Ensuring that projects are delivered ontime and within scope
- Measuring projects performance and reporting of their progress
- Risk analysis and management
Required Skills:
- BSc Degree in Management Computer Science Technology or Engineering
- Min 4 years experience in coordinating software projects and Agile teams in IT
- Working Experience as a Scrum Master Project Manager
- Peoplefocuses: empathetic courageous open and energetic with a natural tendency to improve others
- A strong communicator with advanced organizational skills
- Strong familiarity with popular methodologies especially from Agile world (Scrum and Kanban) and best practices;
- Experience in the software full life cycle preferred;
- B1 English
