Job Summary
The candidate will report to the technical lead and will be supporting the technical lead in the delivery of the assigned project sections.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Responsible for updating the land use plan and various GIS analyses
Responsible for setting up and managing the project geodatabase in the format agreed with the Client
Responsible for coordination with Clients GIS team for OPIS
Prepare maps conduct spatial analysis and prepare reports as required
On the job GIS training of clients staff
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience
Degree in Geographic information system/related
GIS experience in city and urban planning development projects
Willingness to relocate to Oman for project duration
