Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a Presales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier registrations handling presales activities preparing estimations and ensuring timely submissions of quotations. This is a fulltime role requiring a proactive and detailoriented professional with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Register the company on all relevant supplier portals to receive enquiries.
Maintain and manage login credentials for supplier portals; regularly check for new enquiries and track submission deadlines.
Ensure all quotations are prepared and submitted on time.
Estimate fire protection requirements for maintenance and fitout projects.
Maintain records of new clients and track achieved targets.
Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and ensure continuous communication.
Request invoices from the accounts department upon work completion and follow up on payments.
Keep logs of enquiries quotations awarded jobs and completed jobs for tracking and reporting purposes.
Prepare internal AMC contracts and ensure AMC documents are ready prior to DCD submission.
Qualifications:
Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Skills: Estimation documentation and client coordination. Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of fire protection detection and evacuation systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel) is mandatory.
Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory and Hindi is an added advantage.
