OnTime Group is seeking a compassionate and reliable DHA Assistant Nurse to join our Homecare team for Doctor On this vital role you will assist in delivering highquality nursing care to patients in their homes ensuring their comfort and wellbeing while providing support to the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses in providing patient care including personal hygiene mobility assistance and medication reminders
- Monitor patients health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Help patients with daily living activities and ensure their safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Educate patients and their families about care plans medications and health practices
- Adhere to established infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with team members patients and families to foster a supportive care environment
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
- Experience in home healthcare or similar nursing environments is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently and take initiative as needed
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Willingness to assist with various tasks and adapt to changing situations
