Job Summary
A Quality Assurance Officer in Real Estate plays a vital role in ensuring that the company s services and products meet the required standards and regulations. Their job is to oversee and maintain highquality processes throughout the real estate transactions development projects and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports on the quality of services properties and transactions including areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance assessments.
- Ensure that the real estate business stays uptodate with the latest regulations laws and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience minimum 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.(Especially in ABU Dhabi)
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in real estate listing platforms and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with luxury real estate listings or niche markets.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English)
