Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join their clients team for an awardwinning Restaurant. As a Bartender you will be responsible for creating and serving authentic cocktails and drinks ensuring that every customer has a memorable dining experience. If you have a strong knowledge of cocktails wines and spirits and enjoy engaging with customers we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages.
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Engage with customers to discuss drink options and make recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Take orders and handle cash and credit card transactions.
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant setting.
Extensive knowledge of cocktails wines and spirits.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Excellent knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
