Job Summary

Job Title:	Event Planner
Department:	Events
Reporting to:	Head of Events
Job Purpose: As an Agency Event Planner you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of events for clients within the agency. Your role will involve managing all aspects of event planning including budgeting logistics vendor coordination and client communication. You will work closely with the agencys creative and account teams to ensure that events align with clients goals and brand strategies. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in event management marketing or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience 3 years) in event planning preferably within an agency

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Strong attention to detail ensuring flawless of events.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients vendors and team members.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Flexibility to work evenings weekends and travel as required by event schedules.

Knowledge of event safety regulations and risk management practices.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event concepts and experiences.

Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
