Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee warehouse operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management coordinating shipments and supervising warehouse staff to maintain smooth daytoday operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving storing and dispatching goods.
Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety regulations.
Oversee the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling of materials.
Train and supervise warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Prepare reports on stock levels damages and warehouse performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Collaborate with logistics procurement and sales teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse procedures inventory management and logistics.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.

Certifications: Forklift license or any warehouse management certification is an advantage.
