1. PrincipalDistributor Relationship:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the distributor and its principals.
- Ensure alignment and achievement of annual business objectives.
- Monitor relationship performance ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Regulatory:
- Follow up & collaborate with the regulatory team to secure product registrations renewals and approvals.
3. Business Development & Market Access:
- Ensure the inclusion of new pipelines of our principals to expand the portfolio within the UAE market.
- Support new product launches by coordinating with regulatory supply chain marketing distribution and sales teams.
- Negotiate and manage agreements with Principals to optimize market access and sales efficiency.
4. Supply Chain Demand Planning & Inventory Management:
- Ensure seamless coordination between Principals and the distributor to prevent supply disruptions.
- Monitor stock levels forecast demand and manage order flow to ensure consistent product availability.
- Work with logistics teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
5. Financial & Contract Management:
- Ensure ontime principals payables and receivables.
- Collaborate internally and externally to resolve any financial disagreements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies claim structures and timely collections.
6. Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from principal companies.
- Represent the distributor in meetings conferences and strategic discussions.
- Act as a brand ambassador ensuring a positive corporate reputation and industry presence.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in pharmacy or life sciences.
- Masters degree preferred
