Job Summary
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys and measurements to establish accurate reference points and benchmarks.
- Perform topographic boundary and construction layout surveys.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey data field notes and records.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted onsite.
- Coordinate with project engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of survey data.
- Interpret and utilize survey data to support construction activities and project requirements.
- Prepare asbuilt surveys and reports to document completed works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications local regulations and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations GPS and levels.
- Assist in resolving survey discrepancies and technical issues onsite.
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Land Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying within largescale infrastructure or construction projects preferably in the UAE.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (e.g. AutoCAD Total Station GPS and GIS).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
