Job Summary
- Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform thorough diagnostics to identify malfunctions in boilers and associated systems.
- Repair or replace defective components including burners heat exchangers pumps and control systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance operations to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools to monitor boiler performance and anticipate maintenance needs.
- Maintain uptodate maintenance records and write detailed reports on interventions performed.
- Installation and Replacement:
- Plan and execute the installation of new boilers in incinerators adhering to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate the replacement of existing boilers minimizing service interruptions.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of new installations.
- Perform commissioning tests to ensure the proper functioning of new boilers and compliance with performance requirements.
- Train staff on the use and maintenance of new installations.
Qualifications :
- Degree in mechanical engineering thermal engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial boilers preferably in incinerators.
- Expertise in boiler installation and replacement with indepth knowledge of commissioning procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and schematics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Boiler maintenance certification (a plus).
- CICPA qualification
