Job Summary

Title:

Planner

Job Purpose

Responsible for Planning/Scheduling Monitoring Progress Measurement reporting and for completion of project within approved/contractual timelines and cost.

Accountabilities/Expectations:

Proficiency in using Primavera P6/Excel.
Ability to support in preparation of Project Controls Plan Planning Procedure or any other project planning procedure as required.
Ability to prepare project schedules bar charts histograms pie charts PMS and all other documents as required for of projects based on the contract terms and conditions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Understanding of Engineering phases in Infrastructure.
Understanding of EPC programs ability to prepare Baseline Programs planning packages etc.
Ability to read understand and interpret contracts.
Understanding of productivity norms.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Works closely with immediate associates and liaises with Project Managers and other senior staff in the division.
Monitoring and reporting of project status (Weekly/Monthly/Any other reports as required).
Ability to prepare and maintain risk registers understanding of risks/opportunities.
Ability to support in preparation of ITT packages and experience in evaluating tenders.
Experience and Qualifications required

Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Infrastructure with at least 3 years on DesignBuild projects.
Experience with roads multilevel buildings landscaping etc.
23 years experience in design phase desired.
Good command in English (Written Verbal & Writing).
Expertise in Primavera P6 MS Office is a must.
