Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.

Lead mentor and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.

Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.

Continuously review and improve production processes to enhance efficiency reduce waste and lower production costs.

Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods ensuring adequate supplies for production and timely delivery to customers.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.

Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to select and manage suppliers of raw materials and components.

Provide technical expertise and support to resolve production issues and troubleshoot problems with instrumentation systems.

Maintain accurate production records generate reports on key performance indicators and communicate production status to management.

Stay informed about advancements in instrumentation technology and industry trends and incorporate new knowledge into production processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering or related field required..

Minimum of 35 years of experience in instrumentation engineering preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in project planning budgeting and resource allocation.
