Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customerfocused Travel Agent/Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements for one our client (Travel Agency) in Al Ain. If you enjoy helping people explore the world and have a background in the travel industry this role is a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking flights hotels car rentals and vacation packages.
Provide expert travel recommendations based on client preferences.
Process payments issue tickets and manage travel documents.
Handle itinerary changes cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Stay uptodate with travel regulations trends and promotions.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

Prior experience as a Travel Agent or in the tourism industry (not mandatory).
Strong sales and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and efficiently manage bookings.
Passion for travel and a customerfirst approach.
