Job Summary

The candidate will report to the Technical Lead and will be supporting the Technical Lead in the delivery of the assigned project sections.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Responsible for developing quality urban design analysis benchmarking and strategies.

Preparation of urban design proposals 2D & 3D design simulations at urban / street block level

Preparation of high quality reports and presentations as required

Preparation for deliverables and active attendance at key client meetings.

Support in stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience

Masters in Urban design

Handson with softwares such as MS Excel Word PowerPoint Photoshop AutoCad is must. Experience is using GIS software would be beneficialExcellent communication skills in English.

Reading writing and speaking fluent Arabic is a plus.

Experience in urban and regional planning projects of similar sale

Willingness to relocate to Oman for project duration
