Job Summary
- Taking into account the following: truck / Van condition orders suppliers stock road directions the numbers of customers to be visited the suitable time for visits.
- Coordinate the weekly work schedule with the Del & Dispatch coordinator. Pickup materials from the suppliers based on the schedule and the purchase order in coordination with the Dispatch and Delivery Coordinator.
- Handle the delivery of samples to clients depending of the delivery schedule.
- Ensuring collection of cash & cheques and other documents (delivery notes) from customers within the UAE and deliver to the account department to close the sales cycle.
- Monitor the truck/van at the beginning and end of each day including tires brakes seat belts oil and fuelling etc in order to protect the company vehicle.
- Observes speed limits and obeying all road signs. Maintains a timely schedule and complete all deliveries as planned.
Qualifications :
Schooling degree valid UAE driving License. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and safe driving records.
