Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessment diagnosis and treatment across various healthcare needs
- Administer medications perform treatments and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with established protocols
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions treatment options and preventive healthcare practices
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in conditions with appropriate interventions
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards to maintain a clean and safe clinic environment
- Participate in clinic operations policy development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum of insert number years of nursing experience preferred ideally in a clinic or outpatient setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient education
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
- Detailoriented and organized with strong documentation skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
