- 3 Year Diploma Is A Must.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
- 7 9 years relevant experience.
- People Management Skills problem solving skills and delegation skills.
- Numerical Ability Result Orientation and Planning & Organizing skills.
Advanced communication skills in English (Oraland Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage. Assist the Project Supervisor to manage the work of a team of full time cleaning operatives whilst maintain and enhance aesthetics and minimize disruption. |
Manage a project with limited number of cleaning operatives |
Organise the workload of the team in coordination with the Project Supervisor and Area Supervisor ensuring an even distribution of work. |
Identify and anticipates client / customer requirements expectations and needs and respond accordingly. |
Coordinate with internal & external resources including department vendors Subcontractors if any client etc. as required to meet the assigned jobs operational needs. |
Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard as per the SLA. |
Ensure that the buildings Health and Safety Policies and Procedures is adhered to at all times |
Liaise with the Project Supervisor and Site Supervisor on a regular basis dealing effectively with any problems or complaints that may arise. |
Preparation of reports maintain records and carry out standard cleaning procedures for the managed buildings and grounds in accordance with the ISO standards and Municipal policies |
