Job Summary

We are seeking a competent HSE Engineer to ensure health safety and environmental standards are implemented and followed on highrise construction projects. The role involves enforcing safety policies and ensuring all workers comply with UAE safety laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement sitespecific HSE plans and ensure compliance.
Conduct safety audits inspections and risk assessments.
Report and investigate incidents and nearmisses.
Develop and deliver toolbox talks and safety training.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Liaise with government authorities (Dubai Municipality DCD etc. as required.
Maintain documentation incident reports safety logs and inspection records.
Ensure fire safety scaffolding and excavation practices follow legal norms.
Monitor and control site safety signage barricades and emergency exits.
Promote a positive safety culture among staff and labor force.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
NEBOSH/IOSH certified (mandatory).
5 years of HSE experience on highrise building projects in the UAE.
Deep understanding of UAE HSE regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Valid UAE Driving License required
