Job Summary
A leading international law firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate/M&A team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a UKqualified lawyer with extensive experience in highvalue domestic and crossborder transactions to work on marketleading deals across the Middle East and beyond.
The Role:
You will play a key role in advising bluechip clients sovereign wealth funds and major private entities on complex M&A transactions joint ventures restructurings and general corporate matters. You will be expected to take ownership of client relationships manage transaction processes from start to finish and contribute to business development initiatives in the region.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
7 years of postqualification experience at toptier international firms.
Strong track record advising on highvalue M&A and JV transactions both domestic and crossborder.
Proven experience operating in the UAE market.
Exceptional drafting negotiation and project management skills.
Commercial mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
