An exciting opportunity has arisen within Veolia WTS for a Phase Separation Product Application Manager to join our upstream industry team. This pivotal role focuses on providing technical expertise in formulating demulsifier antifoam deoiler and water clarifier products. Working alongside our Growth Sales Team you will be instrumental in solving technical challenges and supporting business growth across the Middle East and North Africa region.
**What are the DaytoDay Duties**
Formulate and custommake demulsifier antifoam and deoilers at client sites
Lead field trials of newly developed phase separation products
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support across the region
Conduct readiness reviews of personnel equipment and facilities
Maintain technical reporting systems
Perform site audits for key customers
Contribute to technical service engineering effectiveness
Support sales team in proposal generation

Qualifications :
**Preferred skills and experience**
Deep domain knowledge of Demulsifier antifoam and deoiler/water clarifier applications
Minimum 10 years experience in demulsifier formulation with proven track record
Chemical treatment experience advantageous
Strong technical expertise in phase separation for upstream business
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong business acumen and consultative capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
