Role Overview:

As a Bartender at IIQAF you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by crafting delicious beverages and providing friendly service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Participate in training and development opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
