Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Plan prepare and deliver lessons in accordance with the British National Curriculum.
Foster a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage and support students of varying abilities.
Assess monitor and record student progress providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum delivery and share best practices.
Participate in school activities events and professional development programmes.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline.
Promote the school s vision mission and values in all interactions.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Education () or
Bachelor s degree in a relevant subject plus a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a British Curriculum school (KS1 and/or KS2).
Proven experience in lesson planning assessment and classroom management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of the British National Curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Effective classroom management strategies.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
A positive flexible and team-oriented approach.
MOE / ADEK approval or eligibility to obtain it is preferred.
