Role Overview
The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing and optimising sales operations across all showroom locations ensuring strong commercial performance and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Recruit train and manage showroom sales teams.
- Ensure brand standards and elevate the customer experience.
- Monitor market trends analyse competitor activity and refine pricing and sales strategies.
- Manage overall showroom performance including staffing merchandising and inventory coordination.
- Collaborate with senior management on budgeting forecasting and sales reporting.
Requirements
- 12 years of progressive experience in retail sales including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in the retail sector is essential.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple retail locations and leading large teams.
- Excellent leadership communication and strategic planning skills.
- Strong command of English Arabic is a plus.
