EOI - Depot Specialist

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role: The Depot Specialist will lead the planning design coordination and delivery oversight of depot infrastructure ensuring seamless integration with track rolling stock O&M systems and safety frameworks. The role is instrumental in enabling functional compliant and high-performing depot operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define depot layout concepts workflows and spatial planning
• Review architectural civil MEP and systems drawings related to depot facilities
• Coordinate with design consultants rolling stock teams and O&M specialists
• Ensure depot functionality aligns with RTA guidelines standards and project KPIs
• Provide input on depot maintenance workflows access paths and equipment zones
• Support reviews of depot equipment installations and interface points

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Mechanical Civil or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in depot design and planning for metro/rail systems
• Proven involvement in at least one end-to-end depot infrastructure delivery in the GCC
• Familiarity with international standards and RTA requirements
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination review and reporting capabilities
