Role Overview
We re seeking a passionate and imaginative Graphic Design Intern/Apprentice who is eager to elevate ideas into compelling visuals. You ll work on real campaigns from social media assets to employee engagement materials contributing to impactful initiatives like TEBSI and TEWALLET.
Responsibilities
Design digital and print assets for social media newsletters events and talent development programs
Collaborate across departments to translate strategic content into compelling visuals
Assist in branding efforts including templates icons and visual identity guidelines
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
Optimize visuals for accessibility mobile responsiveness and audience resonance
Support storytelling for internal and external campaigns
Requirements
Who You Are
A College Student/Graduate: A graphic design media or related field bachelor or masters student or graduate.
A Creative Spark: You re passionate about typography color and visual storytelling.
Tool Proficiency: Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign). Bonus: Figma Canva or motion graphics.
Eager Learner: You ask questions absorb feedback and iterate fearlessly.
Detail-Oriented: You spot pixel imperfections and care about consistency.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in team settings and communicate ideas clearly.
Portfolio Ready: A portfolio (or student projects) showing design potential. All experience levels welcome!
