Job Summary
Ontime Group is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Nurse with DHA certification to join our Homecare team. This position is crucial for providing high-quality nursing support to patients in their homes ensuring they receive compassionate and effective care. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to enhancing the well-being and quality of life of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses in the delivery of patient care including personal hygiene grooming and daily living assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and report significant changes in patient condition
- Support patients with mobility needs and ensure their safety during care activities
- Help manage medication schedules and offer reminders to patients
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and health maintenance practices
- Keep accurate records of patient care and follow appropriate documentation protocols
- Adhere to infection control standards to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
- Experience in home care or a similar healthcare environment is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care and willingness to help
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of nursing principles and patient care standards
- Flexible availability to meet the changing needs of patients
