Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor payments maintain accurate financial records and support the finance team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
Verify invoices purchase orders and supporting documents.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure policy compliance.
Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on payment queries.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience including 2 years in the UAE.
Accounting educational background is mandatory.
Strong English communication skills.
Prior real estate experience is an advantage.
Maximum age: 35 years.
Immediate or early joiners preferred.
Must be available in Dubai on a canceled or employment visa.
