Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models of HVAC & PHE systems using Revit
- Develop drawing outputs from the BIM model
- Update models and drawings based on engineer comments
- Develop schedules and take-off from the model for BOQ support and other project uses
- Develop project modelling & drafting templates block and BIM families
- Responsible for hosting and maintaining project BIM models in CDE (Autodesk Construction Cloud ACC)
- Responsible for generating review workflows for engineer reviews and project submissions
- Coordinate with engineers architects and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Ensure models comply with industry standards and project specifications
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinator to perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with the design team
- Maintain up-to-date models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on modelling progress
- Assist in preparing and presenting project documentation and visualizations
- Willing to take on project BIM coordination responsibilities
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering HVAC Systems or a related field
- Proven experience in HVAC & PHE modelling using BIM software
- Strong understanding of HVAC & PHE systems and their design principles
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD and AutoCAD MEP
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
