Job Summary
Ubisoft Abu Dhabi is seeking a Gameplay Programmer Intern to join our programming team on an exciting mobile project for 6 months. The Gameplay Programmer Intern will contribute and learn programming tasks within the game development process within a dynamic professional collaborative and creative team.
What youll do:
- Support teams in developing simple and complex gameplay systems.
- Complete your gameplay functions based on the plan requirements and schedule approved by management.
- Capable of informing management when tasks are falling behind schedule and proposing solutions.
- Communicate the progress of your work to your peers customers and leads.
- Correct defects discovered by QC or your customers in a timely fashion.
Qualifications :
- Knowledgeof C#or C programminglanguage
- Hands-on experience with Unity3D engine
- Haveagoodunderstandingofmathematicsphysicsand gameplaymechanics
- Passion for creating well-structured flexible code
- Should be fluent in English and have good communication skills to interact with various teams.
- A passion for creating or playing games and being a team player.
Other requirements:
- A Bachelors degree preferably in technology or similar
- Located in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
