Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Nurse trained to Western standards to join a prestigious and internationally accredited hospital in Dubai. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced high-acuity environments and are committed to delivering patient-centered emergency care aligned with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy Emergency Department managing a wide range of acute and critical presentations.
Triage patients effectively and prioritize care based on clinical acuity.
Perform rapid assessment initiate urgent interventions and assist in resuscitation and emergency procedures.
Administer medications IV therapy and other emergency treatments under physician guidance.
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status using clinical judgment.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely diagnostics treatment and patient flow.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory protocols.
Support patient and family education in urgent and often stressful situations.
Uphold infection control and safety standards in all emergency care activities
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Nursing from a Western-accredited institution (e.g. UK Ireland USA Canada Australia New Zealand South Africa etc.).
Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience in a hospital setting.
Eligible for or in possession of a DHA license or eligibility letter.
BLS and ACLS certification (PALS or TNCC preferred).
Strong critical thinking clinical decision-making and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure fast-paced situations.
Culturally sensitive patient-focused and collaborative.
Willing to work in Dubai
