Operation Graduate Intern
Join our dynamic Supply Chain Operations team and play a key role in ensuring smooth efficient and high-quality logistics operations. Youll collaborate closely with our 3PL and BSC teams to meet performance targets drive continuous improvement and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of your learning journey youll be exposed to a wide range of responsibilities that will build your expertise and confidence in supply chain operations:
- Inventory Management: Lead and support inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Work closing with Transportation team to plan Inbound.
- Inbound Coordination: Work with the transportation team to plan and monitor inbound shipments and report any discrepancies.
- Redeployment Support: Collaborate with Demand Planning and Transportation teams to manage redeployment requests across regions.
- Audit Readiness: Partner with the QA team to maintain audit-ready standards and documentation for our Distribution Center.
- Warehouse Excellence: Help maintain a well-organized warehouse and track KPIs to ensure operational goals are met.
Quality System Requirements:
Youll be part of a team that puts patient safety and product quality first. All activities are guided by our Quality Policy and documented procedures to ensure compliance and excellence.
